✨ Behind the Art: How This Hand-Painted Decoden Pouch Comes to Life

Every piece I create starts with a simple idea: turning everyday objects into something magical, personal, and full of life. This hand-painted decoden pouch is one of those pieces where every layer tells a story—from the base to the final sparkle.

🎨 Step 1: The Vision

Before anything is placed, I imagine the mood and character of the piece. For this pouch, I wanted something warm, rich, and elegant—with a golden glow and a timeless feel. The centerpiece became a hand-painted portrait, carefully detailed to give it personality and depth, almost like a tiny framed artwork you can carry.

🖌️ Step 2: Hand-Painting the Heart

The painting process is slow and intentional. Each brushstroke builds texture, shading, and expression. I focus on making the artwork feel alive—something that draws your eye the moment you see it. This is the soul of the piece.

🍦 Step 3: My Signature Cream Glue

This is where the magic really begins.

I use cream glue that I make myself, mixed and tested until it has the perfect texture—soft, smooth, and pipeable like frosting. It’s not store-bought; it’s part of my personal process and style.

I pipe the cream glue by hand, creating a base that holds every charm, bead, and embellishment in place. The flow, thickness, and movement of the cream glue give each piece its signature look—no two ever come out the same.

✨ Step 4: Building the Decoden Design

While the cream glue is still fresh, I carefully place each element:

• Gold roses and florals
• Metallic charms and accents
• Textured pieces that catch the light

Every detail is positioned one by one. There’s no template—just instinct, balance, and creativity guiding the design. It’s a layering process, building dimension and depth until everything feels just right.

💫 Step 5: Setting & Finishing Touches

Once the design is complete, the piece is left to cure and set. This step is just as important—it ensures durability while keeping the soft, whipped look of the cream glue intact. Final touches are added only after everything is secure and balanced.
